  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic

  • 1 peeled and chopped bell pepper
  • 2 coarsely chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp crushed saffron stigmas
  • 1 tbsp. frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 6 coarsely chopped olives

Recipe preparation:
