  1. Cooking products. We wash the rice groats. Green pea take fresh or frozen, without first defrosting it. Wash my chicken drumsticks, wipe with a paper towel, remove the yellow ones films at the ends of the legs.
  2. Peel the onions (regular and red), cut into small cubes.
  3. Saffron with a bowl pour 30 ml of warm water.
  4. We clean the bell pepper, removing the seeds, rinse it and cut also into cubes.
  5. Pour cubes into warmed vegetable oil in a pan onion and fry for 3 minutes, stirring with a spatula, until light browning.
  6. To the fried onion, we add the cubes of bell pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add tomato paste. Spread on fried vegetables the chicken.
  8. Fry for 7-8 minutes, mixing the ingredients.
  9. We fall asleep washed rice groats.
  10. Pour in water with saffron.
  11. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth. Mix everything, cover cover the pan and simmer for 25 minutes over medium heat.
  12. Pour green peas. Salt and pepper. All carefully mix. Stew with the lid closed for another 15 minutes.
  13. Turn off the fire and let paella brew another 10 minutes with closed lid.
