Pad Thai (steer-fry rice noodles)

Complexity: easy Servings: 2 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 170 gr chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu (optional)
  • A handful of cooked flat wide rice noodles
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped Thai chili peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped white onions
  • 1 tbsp. l dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. l fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sahara
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh basil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the medium-sized wok over high heat. Pour oil put the garlic and chili. Add one of the protein foods. (meat, shrimp or tofu) and sauté until golden brown. Add onions, noodles, dark soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Cook for about 2 minutes. Put bell pepper, tomato, basil and cook a minute.
