Pad Thai Shrimp Rice Noodles – A Detailed recipe cooking. Photo Rice Noodles Time: 50 min Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. flat thai rice noodle
  • 450 gr butterfly-trimmed large shell prawns
  • 1 pack (340 gr.) Diced 1 cm. Very hard tofu
  • 1/4 Art. fish sauce
  • 1/4 Art. unrefined sugar or turbinado sugar
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. l spicy Asian chili sauce (Sambal olek or Sriracha)
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh lime juice plus lime wedges for decoration
  • 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
  • 4 chopped large cloves of garlic
  • 6 thinly sliced radishes
  • 4 cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces of 2.5 cm. green onion stalk
  • 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped roasted salted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp. bean seedlings
  • 2 peeled and sliced thin strips of pepper jalapenos (red and green)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water until it becomes soft enough to divide by about 10 min In a separate bowl, mix the fish sauce, sugar, chili sauce and juice lime. When the noodles are soft, drain the water and put it back in a bowl. Place bowls and other ingredients near the stove (this dish preparing quickly).

Put the shrimp back in the pan and warm, about 2 мин. Transfer the mixture to a dish, sprinkle with bean seedlings, pepper jalapenos and the remaining 1/4 tbsp. peanuts. Serve with slices lime.
