  • 225 gr. dry wide rice noodles
  • 700 gr. peeled shrimp with tails
  • 1/4 Art. fish sauce (us pla)
  • 3 tbsp. l tamarind juice
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 3 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 thinly chopped shallots
  • 1 sliced fresh red chili peppers
  • 1 lightly beaten egg of category CO
  • 1 tbsp. fresh bean seedlings
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • 1 small sliced lime
  • 1/4 Art. fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Soak dry rice noodles in cold or slightly warm water on 30 min. Until it ceases to be tough, but still remains elastic. In the future, when cooking in a wok, noodles will become softer. Strain thoroughly through a colander and let stand while you cook other ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce, tamarind juice and sugar, mix well to dissolve the sugar. Try and add any of the ingredients to get the desired combination of salty, sour or sweet taste. On moderate heat, heat the wok, until it starts to smoke. Pour a tablespoon of oil and quickly fry the shrimp until almost ready until they turn pink, 1-2 minutes Put the shrimp on a plate and cover so that they stayed warm.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the wok and mix with garlic, shallots and chili peppers. Fry the steer-fry method in within 30 sec.
