  1. Wash oyster mushrooms, cut into portions.

  2. Put the mushrooms in a bowl with high sides to make them comfortable mix.

  3. Add garlic, crushed on a fine grater, into the bowl, tablespoon a spoonful of vinegar, chopped herbs.

  4. Stir all the ingredients and leave in the cold for 1 hour.

  5. Fry the mushrooms in a pan, stirring occasionally. They will be ready for use in 20 minutes.
