Oven pork ribs with coffee sauce B-B-Q

BBQ Coffee Sauce

  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Gray salt
  • 2 espresso coffee cups

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut each rib section in half along the bone so that they it was easier to stack. Lay them out on a piece of paper, in which they were wrapped to make it easier to rub spices.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 ⁰C. Add plenty of salt and pepper with both sides and rub the spices into the meat.
