  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 900 gr. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salts
  • 1 / 4-1 / 2 Art. chopped parsley
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 8-12 thin slices of bacon

Tomato sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 6 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1-2 drops of hot sauce
  • 1-2 drops of Worcester sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the meat bread: preheat the oven to 180⁰С.
  2. Pour in the milk and let it soak for a few minutes. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread with milk, parmesan, salt, a little pepper, seasoned salt and parsley. Add the eggs. Mix thoroughly with clean hands. Ingredients.
