- Tomatoes cut into three parts across. Chopped garlic thin slices, finely chop the basil.
- Fry the tomatoes in a pan for 2 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put tomatoes in shape for baking, sprinkle with sugar and garlic, drizzle with oil and vinegar and put to bake for an hour.
- Sprinkle with basil and black pepper when ready.
