  • 500 gr. ground beef or veal
  • 200 gr. boiled carrot puree
  • 100 gr. sour cream or cream
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l dried chives
  • 1 tsp turmeric (for color)
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Ground black pepper, salt

Registration

  • 300 gr hard cheese
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds (about 30 gr.)
  • 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise

Innings

  • Mashed potatoes or any vegetable side dish

Recipe preparation:

  1. We mix minced meat with carrot puree, sour cream, egg, breadcrumbs, dried onions, turmeric, seasonings, ground pepper and salt. Everything mix well, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Peeled sweet pepper cut into strips.
  3. In the baking dish we spread part of the minced meat, tamp, top with chopped sweet pepper, then the remaining stuffing. We cover the form with foil or a lid, put it in a preheated up to 200 ° С the oven for 1 h. At the bottom of the oven I recommend putting a wide cup with water.
  4. Pumpkin seeds crush. Grate cheese on a medium grater and pour into a wide pan, level, put the pan on medium heat until the cheese is melted into a homogeneous pancake.
  5. We take out the finished roll from the mold and cover with hot cheese pancake, press tightly pancake to the roll, excess cheese cut off. Coat the roll with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crushed seeds. Serve with mashed potatoes or any vegetable side dish.
