  1. We wash the lamb fillet, dry it and, to give shape, we fill in a grid for meat or we tie a culinary twine. Sprinkle the lamb with ground pepper, salt and send to a large capacity.

  2. Cut the garlic into feathers, make punctures in the meat without damaging nets, and we stuff the lamb.

  3. Coarsely chop the onion and sprinkle on top. Cover the container with lamb and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

  4. After 24 hours, pickled lamb in the net is sent to the mold, set in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Then we reduce oven to 180 degrees and bake another 40 minutes.

  5. We take out the delicious fragrant lamb, free it from the net, cut and serve immediately with a side dish.
