Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2.5 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 green onion feathers, slice diagonally
- Juice of 1 lemon and zest, cut in 2 stripes

Recipe preparation:
- Boil orzo pasta: with olive oil, mint, tea spoon of salt, paprika and lemon zest, stirring occasionally, 12 – 15 min. until the liquid is completely absorbed.
- Stir in the green onions and pour over the lemon juice. Salt Risotto orzo pasta to taste.
