Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 green onion feathers, slice diagonally
  • Juice of 1 lemon and zest, cut in 2 stripes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil orzo pasta: with olive oil, mint, tea spoon of salt, paprika and lemon zest, stirring occasionally, 12 – 15 min. until the liquid is completely absorbed.
  2. Stir in the green onions and pour over the lemon juice. Salt Risotto orzo pasta to taste.
