- Finely chop the hazelnuts and fry them in a hot dry frying pan 1-2 minutes. When the nuts have cooled slightly, mix with corn flour, brown sugar and baking powder. With one orange remove the zest with a grater.

- Pour orange juice, chopped zest, saffron and honey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
