  1. Rinse the orange, remove the zest from it and squeeze the juice. Watch out to prevent seeds from falling into the juice, when baked, they will give the cake bitter taste.
  2. Combine softened butter (150g) and sugar (150g).
  3. Add a third of the juice, half the zest, vanilla, soda or baking powder, sour cream 100g, 2 eggs, mix until smooth.
  4. Add vegetable oil, mix well
  5. Add flour to a viscous but not liquid consistency. Good mix.
  6. Lubricate the mold with butter, put the dough in it. Bake 180 degrees 20 minutes.
  7. Prepare the impregnation. Mix the remaining juice, zest, water and sugar 50g, bring to a boil and remove from heat
  8. Prepare the cream: mix sour cream 200g, butter 50g, 100g sugar and vanillin.
  9. Pierce the finished cupcake with a skewer or fork in several places. Pour the sponge cake so that it becomes wet and loose.
  10. Garnish the cupcake with cream and serve. Have a nice appetite!
