  2. Peel the carrots, wash, cut into thin strips.
  3. Finely chop the greens.
  4. Rinse the chicken carcass well and place in a large pan. Pour onions and pour 2 liters of cold water. Put on a strong fire.
  5. When the chicken boils, reduce the fire, carefully remove the foam. Put a bay leaf. Salt to taste. Cook on low heat, covering the pan with a lid, about 1 hour.
  6. When the chicken is cooked, remove the carcass from the broth, separate the meat from bones, cut into pieces.
  7. Pour homemade noodles and carrots into the broth. Cook until readiness.
  8. Add pepper and nutmeg to the tip of the knife in the soup. Close the lid. Allow the soup to brew for 10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle fresh herbs.
