- Cut the onion into rings.
- Zucchini cut into quarters.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and milk into a homogeneous mass.
- Grate the cheese.
- Melt butter in a pan, fry zucchini on it – 5 minutes, then add onion and salt. Fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add cheese to the egg mixture, stir and pour on to the pan.
- Cook under a lid over low heat until hardened eggs.
- Put the finished omelet on a plate and serve, sprinkled with fresh greens.
