  1. Wash my chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Cut into small pieces. Fold in deep bowl, salt, pepper and pour soy sauce. Leave on 20-30 minutes to marinate.
  3. In a pan greased with vegetable oil, pour pickled chicken and fry over low heat until readiness.
  4. Remove from heat. This kind of chicken can be made the night before and leave in the refrigerator overnight so that in the morning quickly cook omelettes and save time.
  5. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, you can also dried herbs. Beat the egg mixture with a fork or whisk until homogeneity.
  6. We grease the pan with butter or vegetable oil and in heated oil pour the egg mixture.
  7. Rub the cheese on a grater.
  8. As soon as the egg mixture in the pan begins to thicken, sprinkle grated cheese on top of it. And from one end we spread chicken pieces.
  9. Carefully wrap one edge of the roll in half.
  10. With a spatula, turn the omelet so that the edges are below. Fry for another 2 minutes so that the edges of the omelet reliably stick together between by myself.
