- My greens and chop. Three cheese on a grater.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Mix for about 30 seconds.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. After 30 seconds, mix right in the pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese. When the cheese starts to melt, roll the omelet in half. Fry until slightly golden.
- We spread it on a plate and serve with green peas.
