  1. Boil carrots, potatoes, eggs, chicken.
  2. Cut carrots (4-5 pieces) into cubes and add to a bowl.
  3. Potatoes (5 pcs) cut into cubes, add to a bowl.
  4. 4 cut eggs add to carrots and potatoes.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet and add to the bowl. Also add 1 a jar of green peas.
  6. Finely chop parsley (30 gr), add to salad. Salt pepper (to taste). Season the salad with sour cream (300 gr). Bon appetit.
