Olivier Salad with Chicken Breast

A traditional salad will become even tastier and more tender if it is cook at home from boiled chicken breast. For a special taste add fresh and pickled cucumbers.

  1. Wash the eggs with a sponge and boil in water for 8-10 minutes. Potato with cook carrots in salt water. Chicken breast (can be taken with skin) boil in salt water for 25-30 minutes, optionally add ground pepper and bay leaf. All cool and clean. Separate the meat from bones.

  2. Prepared chicken eggs, potatoes, carrots, chicken breast, cut fresh and pickles into cubes, onion – finely. Everything put in a bowl, add peas (leave a little for decorations) and mix.

  3. We send sour cream to the ready-made salad, mayonnaise, well mix, transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with canned peas and serve on the festive table.
