In the summer heat you usually want something light and refreshing. We offer to cook at home a delicious okroshka with kefir and nettle and mint, it will definitely help you cope with the heat! She is doing very just from fresh vegetables and herbs, with the addition of eggs. Sausage in We do not use okroshka in this version.

  1. Boil potatoes with eggs until cooked, cool and we clean.
