  • 1 tbsp. l peanut butter for frying
  • 110 gr. chopped bacon
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 1 diced onion head
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salts
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. l powder chicken stock
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Serving option: boiled white rice

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Put bacon, butter, onions, green peppers and garlic. Sauté the vegetables for softness, and the onions until transparent.
