  1. Halve the onion and carrots and bake on dry in the pan.
  2. Put washed skinless chicken breast in a pan, baked vegetables, parsnip root and bay leaf.
  3. Pour everything with cold water, boil and cook on slow 50 minutes on fire. In the middle of cooking, the broth needs to be salted.
