- We make 4 cutlets from minced meat, season with spices and send to a well-heated grill pan without oil.
- Pour oatmeal with water, add salt, mix and poison for 2-3 minutes.
- During this time, cutlets fried on one side, turn over, put a piece of cheese on 2 cutlets. Fry with the other side, put one cutlet on the other so that the cheese ended up between 2 cutlets.
- Put the oatmeal in the pan (there will be 4 cakes), leveling the mixture with a spoon. Fry over low heat until golden brown at both sides.
- Grease 2 cakes with mustard. Top with lettuce leaves. Then, optionally pour salad with sour cream 10%. Top 2 cutlets with cheese. Then a circle of tomato and onion.
