  1. Spread oatmeal in a deep bowl and pour boiling water at the rate of 1: 1 for half an hour. Flakes should absorb moisture and swell up.
  2. Peel potatoes, onions and garlic and rub on a coarse grater.
  3. We wash the greens and chop finely.
  4. Cut the champignons into small pieces.
  5. Mix vegetables, mushrooms and herbs with oatmeal, salt and pepper
  6. We form cutlets and roll in flour.
  7. Fry in a heated frying pan in oil on both sides for 6 minutes.
