- Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and boil noodles. Recline in a colander, rinse under cold water.
- Finely chop fresh dill.
- Grate hard cheese.
- Break eggs into a deep bowl. Add grated cheese and chopped dill. Salt, pepper. Beat everything well.

- Preheat the pan. Melt the butter. Fry cooked noodles.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the noodles. Fry until tender on small fire, not forgetting to stir.
- Serve hot noodles on the table. Good sprinkle fresh greens.
