  1. Boil the noodles in a large amount of salted water (see indication on the packaging with noodles), not digesting. Lean back on colander.
  2. Half the onions cut into half rings. 2 cloves of garlic (if the garlic is very small, you can take 3 cloves) crush with a knife and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry onion and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Put in a skillet with onions. Add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. Mix. Continue to fry on low heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Finely chop oregano, thyme, and basil. By 1 add a tablespoon of each greens to the pan. Fry 3 more minutes.
  5. Put the noodles in the pan to the sauce. Mix well. Through 2-3 minutes to remove from heat.
  6. Serve to the table, sprinkled with grated cheese and the remaining greens.
