  1. Fry onions with carrots in oil for 3 minutes. Add meat, chopped, salt, pepper. And fry for another 5 minutes. Then pour water, so that the bedspread meat and stew.   3. Peel and cut the potatoes into 4-6 parts, large enough. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry potatoes there, not until readiness, until golden brown.
  4. When the meat is ready in the pan, add the potatoes. If water evaporated in the meat, then add water so that it covers potatoes.
  5. Roll the dough thinly. Grease the entire surface of the dough vegetable oil, then garlic. Cut greens and tight put on a dough layer.
  6. Roll the roll from the dough. Chop it with the side one and a half centimeters.
  7. When the potatoes are ready, put the noodles on top. If water do not add enough so that it covers the noodles. Salt pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer another 15 minutes.
