This is a recipe for a quick, delicious soup made from the simplest ingredients. It should be eaten at home immediately after cooking, hot. Required add pepper and greens!

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan. Boil. To salt. Boil the noodles until cooked. Do not digest!
  2. Wash the carrots and grate. Add to pan with noodles. Mix.
  3. Finely chop the processed cheese and put in a pan with noodles. Cook on the smallest fire, stirring constantly, until cooked homogeneous soup.
  4. Pepper and salt to your taste.
  5. A bunch of greens (you can take dill, parsley or cilantro – to your discretion) chop finely.
  6. Serve the soup on the table hot, sprinkled with herbs.
