- If you took frozen squid, then boil it boiling water for 2 minutes. If your squid is special for sushi, then cut it into thin sticks.
- Rinse well and boil until cooked.
- Pour vinegar into the rice and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- We turn the cooled rice into sausages, and on top we apply a little wasabi. On a wasabi we put a piece of squid.
- Wrap sushi nigiri with a thin strip of nori and can be served on a dish to the table.
