  1. Let’s make Vitello sauce. Spread in a blender bowl canned tuna and anchovies. Add the egg, chicken stock, homemade mayonnaise, tabasco. We break through to uniformity.
  2. Tuna is cut into small pieces.
  3. Marinate in soy sauce and leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Boil quail eggs and cut into halves.
  5. Cut the artichoke.
  6. In a bowl we combine balsamic cream, olive oil, add drop by drop Worcester and Tabasco sauce, whisk whisk.
  7. In a bowl, add a mix of salads, halves of cherry tomatoes and water the dressing.
  8. Fry tuna on all sides, cut the fried pieces.
  9. Put vitello sauce on a plate, spread tuna, eggs on top and artichokes.
  10. Add salad mix with tomatoes and decorate with olives.
