- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare a steak: mix cocoa powder in a bowl, paprika, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and 2 tsp. salt. Grate the resulting mixture of steaks and let stand at room temperature, 30 min.
