- Chives chop finely. In a bowl, mix the capelin caviar, thick mayonnaise, juice and lemon zest and chives. It will be ours refueling.
- Thoroughly wash the potato and boil until tender. Merge water and dry the potatoes in a saucepan over low heat. Fill in potato dressing and leave alone for half an hour.
- Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Dice salmon too same size. We cut each caper into halves.
- Mix capers with potatoes, salmon and cucumbers. Sprinkle salt, pepper. Mix everything and send to the refrigerator for an hour. Serve salad, garnished with dill.
