- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Soup can be cooked both in water and in ready-made vegetable broth. Bring the broth or water to a boil. While the water is boiling, we cleanse carrot, chop it into strips, chop the onion finely.
- Fry vegetables in a pan with vegetable oils.
- Wash the potato, peel and cut into cubes. To the broth add potatoes and bulgur.
- After about 10 minutes, add seasoning and frying. Cook more 5-10 minutes until the potatoes and cereals are ready.
- Put young nettles in a bowl, pour over boiling water and chopped.
- Add the nettles to the soup, bring to a boil and remove from fire.
- Boil hard-boiled eggs or prepare poached eggs.
- Pour the soup into plates, add a boiled egg or poached egg in each plate. Poached egg can be slightly incised, so that the yolk spreads beautifully. Soup can also be served with greens.
