- Pour 250 ml of water at room temperature into the container. Add yeast and beat with a whisk. Then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil, add flour, salt and mix. Knead the dough with your hands and cover with cling film.
- Grind tomatoes in a blender.
- Heat the pan well with the addition of olive oil. Send the tomatoes to the pan and cook. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- Slice mozzarella and basil. Grate hard cheese on a large grater.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll. In vegetable oil fry the cakes on both sides. Excess fat to remove paper with a napkin.
- Put tomatoes, mozzarella, hard cheese and basil on the tortilla. Fold the cake in half. Enjoy your meal!
