  4. Next, spread the liver soaked in milk and simmer in tomato-onion mixture for 15 minutes.
  5. In almost finished liver we put pasta or large vermicelli. Cook pasta in the juice of the liver and tomatoes for 5 minutes. During this time, pasta will absorb the taste and aroma ingredients of the dish. Then add some boiled water, with add salt, bay leaf. Cooking for more 8-10 minutes.
  6. Turn off, let stand for 15-20 minutes and then serve on the table. You can serve milk or cook pasta sauce of mayonnaise and adjika.
