- Make natural dyes. It could be spinach juice, nettles or other greens, beets, carrots, turmeric.
- To make white noodles, take a wide bowl. Sprinkle 30 g of flour. Add a third of a teaspoon of salt. Add 1 dining room a spoonful of boiling water. Knead a tough dough.
- For the preparation of green noodles, knead the same dough, only instead of water, add hot juice or puree any greens.
- To make red noodles, knead the dough with hot beetroot or carrot juice.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer about 1 mm thick. Slice thin or wide noodles using a sharp knife or special machine. You can make bows.
- Dry the noodles well and store in a glass jar.
