  1. Thin pork cutlets washed, dried with paper with towels, put in hot oil and fry on 2 sides on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Put on the plate.

  2. Pour the flour into the oil after the cutlets, fry for 1 minute, put the mustard and pour water (preferably meat broth), sauce should get liquid. You can add a small amount of chopped herbs to taste (parsley, thyme or tarragon).

  3. We spread the fried cutlets in a fragrant sauce, cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. If pieces are thicker, quench time increase to 30-35 minutes.

  4. We take out the juicy pork from the sauce and continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce becomes thick.

  5. Serve fragrant pork cutlets with a vegetable garnish and thick mustard sauce.
