Potato Mussel Recipe
For cooking mussels on potatoes we will need:
- mussels 0.5 kg
- large potatoes 3-4 pcs
- cream 15% 100 ml
- garlic 3 cloves
- dill 2-3 branches
- origano for decoration
- potato starch 1 table spoon
- olive oil for frying
You can cook mussels with potatoes like this:
Grate raw potatoes on a grater for Korean carrots. Form small cakes – cutlets, sprinkle lightly potato starch. Fry the patties in olive oil with two sides for 2-3 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press, fry the floor minutes in olive oil, add chopped dill and pour cream. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and add the mussels. Cooking 3-4 minutes.
Spread on the potatoes mussels, decorate with dill and origano and serve to to the table.
