- We well wash the mussels from sand and stones, if from any mussel sticks algae – cut it (I cut with scissors).
- We clean the garlic cloves, finely chop and fry on butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add the mussels to the garlic and fry over medium heat 7 minutes.
- Pour cream into the fried mussels, add salt and herbs to taste and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens (about 7 minutes).
