  1. For the filling, fry the chopped onions and mushrooms on a preheated vegetable oil.
  2. Chicken or turkey fillet cut sideways.
  3. Put the fried mushrooms into the formed “pocket”.
  4. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry the oil until tender (ten each) minutes from two sides).
  6. Serve the finished meat, cut into pieces, garnish with halves cherry and herbs.
