- Boil beets, carrots and potatoes. Let cool, clean and cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the mushrooms, pickles and onions bow.

- Prepare the sauce by mixing vegetable oil with lemon juice.
- Stir all the vegetables and season with the sauce. Pepper and salt. Garnish with greens.
