One of the traditional salads on our table. Recipe home cooking is close to the classic composition but a little modified by the addition of pickled mushrooms, which gives it a new sound and piquancy. Delicious vinaigrette is perfect in as an independent dish, and as an addition to the main one.

  1. Boil beets, carrots and potatoes. Let cool, clean and cut into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms, pickles and onions bow. Mushroom Vinaigrette
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing vegetable oil with lemon juice.
  4. Stir all the vegetables and season with the sauce. Pepper and salt. Garnish with greens. Mushroom Vinaigrette
