- Rinse the mushrooms well, cut into strips.

- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
- Add salt, pepper and fry mushrooms to the onion until evaporation of liquid.
- Pour mushrooms with water or broth and cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Fry flour with butter. Add finely chopped greenery.
- Dilute 100 ml. water and put in soup. Bring to boiling.
- Knead dough for flour and egg dumplings.

- Boil dumplings in soup for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve seasoning the soup with sour cream.
