Mushroom souffle
This recipe is the easiest to make, thanks even the most moody dish in most cases, with compliance with the proportions will succeed with a bang. Warn in advance that mushrooms should only be fresh and not canned, otherwise the dish may not work, and will get a sour taste.
Ingredients:
- Small champignons – 0.5 kg.
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp

- Frozen peas – 200 gr.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sour cream – 50 gr.
- Cheese – 150-175 gr.
- Ground white pepper and salt.
Cooking process
Champignons are cleaned of dirt and dry places, and about a dozen mushrooms are laid in a separate bowl. The remaining mushrooms are chopped in the form of large squares and filled with lemon juice.
The onion is peeled, finely chopped in the form of thin semicircles and laid out on a frying pan that has been preheated with a slice of butter. Onions are fried over low heat, until it gains transparency.
