  • Sunflower oil (tastier than unrefined) – 1l.
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon and Sugar – 3 tablespoons
  • Spices – parsley and black pepper.

You can make mushroom salad like this:

Cut carrots and cucumbers into slices, onions – neat half rings. Tomatoes – slices, pepper – 5-6 parts.
