  1. Wash mushrooms, fill with water, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Boiled throw the mushrooms in a colander. Hard boiled eggs.

  2. Cut the prepared mushrooms into medium slices, white part leek – with ringlets (part should be tender). We ship everything to a bowl.

  3. Finely chop the eggs, add to the bowl with mushrooms and leek, put the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix.

  4. Fragrant salad of mushrooms and leeks put into salad bowl and immediately serve.
