- Pour all the wine and chicken broth. Cook without a lid, not forgetting to constantly stir.
- When the wine with the broth is half evaporated, add a pinch saffron and salt. Cook until rice is cooked, stirring. If liquid boil too early, then add more broth, water or wine.
