I offer an interesting recipe for delicious pilaf with mushrooms. First of all, he is preparing at home in a cauldron – like a real pilaf. Secondly it pilaf without meat is a real vegan.

- Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips.
- Pour oil into a cauldron and fry the carrot in it about 5 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and stew with carrots about 5 minutes.
- Add spices, barberry, salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
