I offer an interesting recipe for delicious pilaf with mushrooms. First of all, he is preparing at home in a cauldron – like a real pilaf. Secondly it pilaf without meat is a real vegan.

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips.
  2. Pour oil into a cauldron and fry the carrot in it about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices and stew with carrots about 5 minutes.
  4. Add spices, barberry, salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Rinse well, put on mushrooms with carrots, do not even out stirring. The garlic head is very well washed and inserted into middle of the rice. Mushroom pilaf
  6. Pour rice with hot water, gently, without stirring. Close cover, turn on a strong fire, let it boil for 5 minutes. Make minimum heat, simmer for 15 minutes to the whole liquid evaporated. Turn off and mix.
