- Rinse the giblets well and finely chop, put to cook.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Dice carrots and celery.
- Fry onions and root vegetables in 1/3 butter, adding to end finely chopped parsley.
- Mix fried vegetables with soup, salt and pepper and cook until ready.
- In 1/3 butter, fry flour until light brown color, season it with soup.
- Fry the mushrooms in butter too and put in the soup. Cook 10 minutes.
- Put vermicelli and green peas, boil for 5-7 minutes. Soup ready.
