Mushroom offal stew soup with mushrooms

Delicious stew soup made from giblets of a bird, made without potatoes. To cook it at home, you also need mushrooms, peas and pasta.

  1. Rinse the giblets well and finely chop, put to cook.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Dice carrots and celery.
  4. Fry onions and root vegetables in 1/3 butter, adding to end finely chopped parsley.
  5. Mix fried vegetables with soup, salt and pepper and cook until ready.
  6. In 1/3 butter, fry flour until light brown color, season it with soup.
  7. Fry the mushrooms in butter too and put in the soup. Cook 10 minutes.
  8. Put vermicelli and green peas, boil for 5-7 minutes. Soup ready.
