Mushroom champignon soup: video recipe

This is one of my favorite soups. I love delicious mushroom soup cooked at home from champignons with frying on a creamy oil. Make the consistency of your choice, you can add water less. I prefer not a thick soup.

  1. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. At that time let’s do the roasting.
  2. My vegetables, we clean. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes.
  3. Grate the carrots.
  4. We heat the pan, melt the butter.
  5. Fry the onions until translucent.
  6. Add carrots, fry for a couple of minutes.
  7. Mushrooms cut into plates. Add to onions and carrots, evaporate half the liquid from the mushrooms.
  8. Add frying to water.
  9. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt and spice.
  10. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 40-50 minutes slow fire.
