This is one of my favorite soups. I love delicious mushroom soup cooked at home from champignons with frying on a creamy oil. Make the consistency of your choice, you can add water less. I prefer not a thick soup.

- Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. At that time let’s do the roasting.
- My vegetables, we clean. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes.
- Grate the carrots.
- We heat the pan, melt the butter.
- Fry the onions until translucent.
- Add carrots, fry for a couple of minutes.
- Mushrooms cut into plates. Add to onions and carrots, evaporate half the liquid from the mushrooms.
- Add frying to water.
- Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt and spice.
- Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 40-50 minutes slow fire.
